Pauline and Pamela Scanlon

Pauline Scanlon and her sister Pamela live in Lanarkshire, and they decided that since neither had particularly high salaries, the best way to provide for their pension was to jointly invest in Buy-To-Let property.

It's also great not having to arrange things like a letting agent - your Rental Agreement is all drawn up by Macroberts solicitors and so once your purchase is complete, there is nothing more to be done for the next two years - it's so easy. 

We're more than happy to recommend Buy-To-Let as a way of investing and Clear seem to make really good decisions on the kind of property they arrange for their clients.  We will buy again - and we'll use Clear again, definitely."
