Brian and Maureen Moodie of Glasgow, first let out an elderly relative’s property a few years ago.  They saw the benefits and since then have built up a portfolio of 12 properties. 

Brian Moodie said: “Our last five properties have been purchased through Clear.  We were obviously open to the whole buy-to-let proposition but could immediately see that Clear offered something extra.  We intend to continue to let out our properties at the end of the 2-year period, but it’s a real bonus to have them looked after in this way for the first two years.
